Yes, return shipping costs are generally at your own expense. However, M’Braze will cover the return costs in full if the item was delivered damaged, incorrect, or if you wish to exchange it for another product.
Order
Yes, we currently ship throughout Europe. Please check our shipping information for specific details regarding shipping costs and delivery times.
We accept various payment methods, including iDeal, Apple Pay, credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other common online payment options. (See the payment icons at the bottom of our webshop.)
Orders generally cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been processed. However, if you contact us as soon as possible, we may be able to make adjustments.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow the status of your order. You can also track it via the live chat in the bottom right corner of our webshop.

Yes, our prices include taxes for the Netherlands and Belgium. No import duties apply.
