You can request a return in two ways

1. Through your account page

• Click the 'profile' icon at the top right to access your account.
• Login using your mailadres and follow the steps.
• Select the item you wish to return and follow the steps.

2. By filling in our return form

• Download the form below and make sure to fill in all information.
• Stick the form in your shipment, so we can follow up the return.

📌 Return costs

are being paid for in the following cases:

• You want to exchange your items for a different size or color.
• An item is defective.

For all other returns, the costs will be for the customer.

Terms & Conditions

• Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition. (The guarantee is void if items have been washed.)
• Clothing with stains will not be accepted.
• Items with body odor, such as deodorant or perfume, will not be accepted.
• You are responsible for ensuring the return arrives in good condition.
• Please send the return in the original shipping packaging and remove any old shipping labels or stickers.
• Include the completed return form in the package with the item being returned.
• The shipping address for M'Braze is provided on the return form."
