Orders are delivered within 1–2 business days after dispatch within the Netherlands.
Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days after dispatch within Belgium.
Orders are delivered within 2–3 business days after dispatch within the rest of Europe.
All orders are shipped via DHL, ensuring reliable, traceable, and fast delivery.
Delivery times for other destinations may vary and are displayed during checkout.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are added to your order during checkout and depend on the selected shipping method and destination.

3. Shipping Methods

We offer different shipping options through DHL, including standard and express shipping. Available methods will be shown during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a DHL tracking number. This allows you to track your order status at any time.

5. Undelivered Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or because it wasn’t collected from a pickup point, any additional reshipping costs will be charged to the customer. Please make sure to keep an eye on your email inbox for updates.
