Welcome to M'Braze! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be times when you’d like to return an item. Below you’ll find our return and refund policy to make the process as smooth as possible.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or other arrangements have been made with our customer service team.
Returns
1. Return period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request and send back your return.
2. Return conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Returns must include the original proof of purchase.

Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition cannot be refunded.
3. How to request a return
You can return your order in two ways:
Option 1:

Visit the Returns page on our webshop and print the return form.

Fill in the entire form and review the return conditions.

Include the completed form in the box with your returned item.
Option 2:

Go to our webshop and click on the account icon in the top right corner.

Log in using the email address you used for your order.

Select the order you wish to return and follow the steps.
4. Sending your return
Make sure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during shipping.
Use a trackable shipping method so you can monitor your return status.

Refunds
1. Processing time
Once we have received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email. Refund processing time may vary, but we aim to complete it within 14 days.
2. Refund method
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
3. Full refund
We refund the full purchase price of the returned item, excluding shipping costs.
4. Non-refundable items
Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for items that do not meet our return conditions.
